Sheraton Boston Hotel

Nice place with great internet access, a fitness center, and a heated swimming pool. Staff once helped with my bags, which I still remember. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay. I'm coming back for xmas.

Location was great. The bed was comfortable.

The refrigerator in the room was broken. There was a large piece of drywall in the bathroom that was just cut away and open to the pipes in the wall. A luggage rack and more hangers were needed. The decor was tired. Bar closed at 11

The hotel was set in a central area close to many stores and restaurants as well as expo. The breakfast was wonderful with cakes, hash browns, 4-food and served by the well-trained staff.

Gorgeous hip new hotel with professional staff members from front service to housekeepers. Functional, fantastic room with a fantastic downtown view and the bedroom, as example.

Its location and staff were amazing that's why I loved the place. The bed was very comfy, and the room itself was spacious.

Great location with easy access to nearby attractions and the Prudential Center for shopping. The indoor pool was a nice touch, and the fridge in the King Guest Room provided convenient storage. The front desk staff lacked training on managing reservations efficiently, leading to a frustrating check-in experience. The dated room left much to be desired, especially considering the price paid.

Greatly enjoyed my truly memorable stay at this hotel that allows such service. Everyone was positive and informative. The restaurant was great for breakfast here, I had hot dishes. An air conditioner, 2 televisions and a living area were appreciated. The location was awesome and pleasant for walking around an urban mall. There was a river and a hill walking distance to the place.

Spacious room, good breakfast

Staff could be more friendly. Didn't everything go smoothly. Room cards failed twice and had to be recoded. We were involuntarily checked out and could not get back into the room. It was possible to clarify everything, but it creates a bad mood

Hotel enough old, no sauna in the pool area, no refrigerator in the room, don't like $21 breakfast on the 1st floor of Hotel

Convenient feature for shopping and dining. My check-in experience was frustrating due to a long wait. The staff were helpful at times, but the initial impression left a lot to be desired.
